With over 20 years of dedication to Escrow Junction, Katie Whipple has risen through every role since she first joined as a runner in 2001. Now an experienced Escrow Officer and Office Manager, Katie expertly handles a variety of transaction types, from FSBOs and sale escrows to refinances and HELOCs. Her commitment is to ensure each client feels comfortable and has a seamless escrow experience from start to finish. Outside of work, Katie is passionate about crafting, traveling, and exploring history, with a special love for the ancient wonders of Rome. Escrow Officer
Summer has been a valued member of the Escrow Junction team since 2016. She began her journey as a Runner and, through dedication and hard work, has advanced to the role of Escrow Assistant. Her growth within the company reflects her commitment and enthusiasm for her work. Outside the office, Summer is a busy mom of two young children. She and her family love spending time outdoors, enjoying activities like hiking, camping, and dirt biking. Summer also has a passion for horses, adding another layer of adventure to her life. Balancing her career and family life keeps her on her toes, but she wouldn’t have it any other way.
